Thank you for being a part of our Parents Alliance for Inclusion community.

Please encourage friends to join and fill out our optional survey at registration. Better data about our community will enhance our representation at conferences, to schools, and to accreditation agencies.

Networking Parent Support Groups Globally

To strengthen parent advocacy for inclusion in both international schools, and within the wider global community, we are building a directory of parent groups around the world.

As a registered member of our site, you are someone who is deeply connected in our community, and we would love your support. If you know of any parent groups—formal or informal (e.g., PTA subcommittees, WhatsApp chats, Facebook communities)—please share their details with us.

We’re especially looking for groups that focus on:

• Inclusion/learning support groups for parents at the school, regional, national, or worlwide level.
• Cultural support.
• Congregation groups on particular topics (e.g. ADHD, autism, dyslexia, auditory processing, Cerebral Palsy, limb difference, etc.).
• Groups for foreigners attending national curriculum schools; as well as groups for internationals homeschooling or using online schools; as these are the alternates for our community beyond international schools.

* Why is it called “The Irregular Newsletter”?

Our intention is to share a new newsletter when we think we have new information to share. We aim for the newsletters to become more frequent, and at the same time, we know everyone has busy lives and full email boxes. Therefore, we would rather our newsletter be like an “irregular friend”, a friend that you don’t see often, yet is always good to see and easy to interact with.
